Los Angeles County Valuation and property description for parcels on the Assessor's annual secured assessment rolls 2006 thru 2016. The default sort is by AssessorID and ascending RollYear within AssessorID. This dataset excludes Cross Reference Rolls (89xx-series AssessorID).
Maximum Allowable Rent values are based on rents reported by current or past property owners that have not been independently verified. Thus, we provide this information as a convenience only; it is not legally binding on landlords, tenants, or the Rent Control Agency.
The Maximum Allowable Rent values listed presume the owner is in compliance with the Rent Control Charter Amendment (Article XVIII of the City Charter) and the Rent Control Regulations promulgated thereunder. In addition to these Maximum Allowable Rent values, a tenant's rent can include applicable Rent Control registration fees or surcharges (Community College Bond, Unified Schools Bond, Stormwater Management User Fee, Clean Beaches & Ocean Parcel Tax, and School District Parcel Tax).

- Field Welding or Shop Welding in a non-approved fabricator shop (includes steel stud)
- High strength bolts
- Sprayed-on fire proofing
- Pilings – caissons
- Wood diaphrams and sheerwalls with nailing 3 inches on center or less
- Special cases as directed by the Building Official
